PRIDE - Our vision is to attract and engage employees in and throughout Pride ERG to help continue to build a powerful advancement platform for D&I initiatives, raise awareness and extend a platform to celebrate all the LGBTQIA+ and allies where #everyoneBelongs.
Carrier Black Alliance - The Carrier Black Alliance will foster and promote internal and external programs, to attract, retain, inspire, and reinforce the value of Black employees. The CBA is open to anyone interested in supporting the mission and vision of the group.
Women's Empowerment - WE@Carrier, Women's Empowerment at Carrier, aspires to have women, or their allies, from around the world at Carrier join our employee resource group, regardless of background, geography or business unit. Membership is open to anyone who supports the vision and mission. WE@Carrier was proudly founded by a group of women graduates from Carrier’s first cohort of ELEVATE Women in Leadership program.
