Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the procurement team

  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and briefing materials

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with suppliers, stakeholders and visitors

Procurement Coordination

  • Support procurement projects tracking

  • Maintain procurement documentation, supplier databases, and compliance records

  • Track key procurement milestones, risks, and action plans

Data & Reporting

    • Compile and analyze procurement data

    • Generate dashboards and reports to support decision-making

    • Ensure data accuracy across procurement systems

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

    • Serve as a point of contact for suppliers on administrative matters

    • Coordinate communication between procurement, operations, finance, and suppliers

    • Support follow-up on supplier deliverables and commitments

Process & Continuous Improvement

    • Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes

    • Support implementation of digital tools and systems (e.g., ERP, supplier portals)

    • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and governance standards

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative support, procurement, or supply chain roles

  • Experience supporting senior leadership is highly preferred

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
