About the role

What You Will Do

As our Quality Analysis & Repair Technician you will:

  • Diagnose product and system failures, identifying root causes and failure patterns
  • Perform repair and rework activities according to defined quality standards and procedures
  • Ensure inspection, testing, and validation of repaired units prior to release
  • Record, analyze, and report failure data to support quality analysis and continuous improvement
  • Provide structured feedback on recurring issues to Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
  • Support root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to CAPA definition and follow-up
  • Monitor repair performance KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, repeat failures, defect trends)
  • Support incoming, in-process, and final quality control activities when required
  • Assist in inventory control of spare parts, tools, and materials used for repair activities
  • Contribute to the definition and optimization of workshop layout, workflows, and tooling
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental procedures in all activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop environment

What You Bring

  • Minimum Educational Qualifications:  
    • CET or equivalent (Level 5 - CNQ – DGERT) degree or BSc. /MSc. in Engineering.  
  • Minimum Previous Experience:  
    • 2 years’ experience in a similar role.  

  • Technical Skills
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (failure analysis mindset)
  • Experience with electrical and/or mechanical systems diagnosis and repair
  • Knowledge of quality control principles (inspection, testing, non-conformity handling)
  • Familiarity with basic tools for data recording and reporting (Excel, ERP, or similar)

  • Language Skills:
    • English 
    • All other languages will be considered as a plus
