About the role
What You Will Do
As our Quality Analysis & Repair Technician you will:
- Diagnose product and system failures, identifying root causes and failure patterns
- Perform repair and rework activities according to defined quality standards and procedures
- Ensure inspection, testing, and validation of repaired units prior to release
- Record, analyze, and report failure data to support quality analysis and continuous improvement
- Provide structured feedback on recurring issues to Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams
- Support root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to CAPA definition and follow-up
- Monitor repair performance KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, repeat failures, defect trends)
- Support incoming, in-process, and final quality control activities when required
- Assist in inventory control of spare parts, tools, and materials used for repair activities
- Contribute to the definition and optimization of workshop layout, workflows, and tooling
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental procedures in all activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workshop environment
What You Bring

- Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- CET or equivalent (Level 5 - CNQ – DGERT) degree or BSc. /MSc. in Engineering.
- Minimum Previous Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (failure analysis mindset)
- Experience with electrical and/or mechanical systems diagnosis and repair
- Knowledge of quality control principles (inspection, testing, non-conformity handling)
- Familiarity with basic tools for data recording and reporting (Excel, ERP, or similar)
- Language Skills:
- English
- All other languages will be considered as a plus
