  • Ensuring efficient use of resources in alignment with approved budgets, schedules, and project scope.

  • Overseeing the operation of buildings, offices, and general services.

  • Managing infrastructure and peripheral systems, including compressors, chillers, substations, and electrical, pneumatic, gas, water, condensate, and sanitary networks.

  • Supervising compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance plans for facilities areas.

  • Managing KPIs and maintenance performance metrics, evaluating team effectiveness, and defining improvement plans.

  • Administering and controlling maintenance, project, and personnel expenses.

  • Leading and managing contractors and service providers for construction and infrastructure maintenance activities.

  • Ensuring compliance with defined scopes, timelines, safety requirements, and applicable standards.

  • Supervising engineering designs and construction details through certified external engineering firms.

  • Preparing executive‑level reports, documenting actions, progress, and changes.

  • Coordinating and leading technical and administrative meetings.

  • Providing technical and administrative guidance to support timely and informed decision‑making.

Requirements
We are looking for proactive, results‑driven professionals with strong leadership, project management, and technical capabilities.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical‑Administrative Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure and General Services.

  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance of industrial plants and buildings.

  • 10 years of experience in project management.

  • Experience leading facilities improvement projects involving buildings, compressors, chillers, and substations.

  • Strong experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Solid knowledge of electromechanical installations and facilities maintenance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.

  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

  • Availability to work flexible schedules when required.

  • Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience in new manufacturing processes (e.g., welding, aluminum) and special equipment infrastructure.

  • Direct leadership of engineering teams (2 or more engineers) and contractor groups.

  • Experience strengthening plant robustness and long‑term infrastructure strategy.
