  • Managing and developing the operational team
Assign tasks, monitor performance, provide coaching and training, and ensure compliance with safety standards and workplace discipline.

  • Monitoring and resolving process deviations
Identify safety, quality, scrap, efficiency, or downtime issues and execute immediate corrective actions on the production floor.

  • Driving KPI performance
Track and improve key production indicators such as OEE, UPH, scrap, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

  • Promoting continuous improvement
Lead and support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, and stabilize processes.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are results-driven leaders, comfortable operating in fast-paced manufacturing environments and capable of leading operational teams with clarity and accountability. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Manufacturing operations experience
3–5+ years in production, industrial engineering, supervision, or team leadership roles within a manufacturing plant.

Solid understanding of safety, quality, efficiency, scrap, and production plan adherence.

  • High-volume / mass production background
Experience in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environments.

  • Advanced English proficiency
Required for plant visits, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level presentations.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Lean / Six Sigma experience
Participation or leadership in Lean, Green Belt, or Black Belt projects with measurable results.

  • Continuous improvement project experience
Demonstrated examples of productivity, efficiency, or quality improvements.

  • Strong change management skills
Ability to lead teams through operational and cultural transformations.
