About the role
CarrierDigital HubPragueis looking for apassionatecandidate to join ourDigital ERPCoEteam.As part of Carrier's digital transformation, this role isthe Associatefor S/4 HANA- CFIN. This role requires ERP Financeexpertiseto supportFinance work streams in implementingRecord to Reportfunctionalityto supportefficient business processes to meet business goals andobjectivesincluding integration points with other SAP modules or other applications, following SAP standard methodologiesand Carrier templates.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, orFinance/Accountingrelated fieldispreferred.
Minimum of3-5years of experience withinthe informationtechnology and/or responsibilities withinCFIN,Financea related area of business.
Minimum of 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in SAP- CFINproject delivery or support
S/4HANA finance,controllingand asset managementknowledge.
Resultsorientation, striving to bolster personal and team results.
Effective interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
Open and able to work inculturallydiverseenvironment.
Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in consultancy.
“Agile-development” mindset with customer-focus.
Responsibilities
Solid understanding of SAP Central Financefundamentals, includingarchitecture, key functionalities, and integration points. Gain knowledge ofCarrier’sfinancial and management accountingprocessesandassociatedmapping and replication of financial data from source systems to the CFIN system.
Assistinmaintainingmapping tables (e.g., cost centers, profit centers, GL accounts) and support configuration activities in areas like document splitting, ledger setup, or currency settings.
Monitor the replication of financial data from source systems to the CFIN system, troubleshoot basic issues related to SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) replication or AIF (Application Interface Framework), and ensure data consistency across modules.
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Validate financial postings in the CFIN system against source systems, document test cases, results, and any identified issues.
Prepare and update project documentation, including process flows, configurations, and test scripts.Assistin creating user manuals or training material for end users,monitorand respond to support tickets for minor issues, and collaborate with the team to analyze and resolve technical and functional issues.
Activelyparticipatesin team activities, values others’ contributions, and works towards common goals, provide help to teammates andiswilling to share knowledge and resources.
Effective communicationbeing clear and precise, active listening by paying attention to other’s input.
Being flexible by adjusting to new tasks, changes in direction, and varying team dynamics.
