Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing factory performance through projections, sensitivity analysis, and productivity metrics
• Leading weekly factory performance review meetings with plant leadership
• Preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly financial variance analysis vs. forecast, plan, and prior year to plant management and HQ partners
• Managing capital spend requests, investment analysis, and forecasting in collaboration with project managers
• Overseeing labor productivity reviews and partnering with functions to drive productivity improvements
• Proactively engaging with local partners to assess plant performance, risks, and opportunities (R&O), providing ad-hoc analysis and recommendations
• Supporting month-end closing activities with a strong focus on factory results
• Utilizing Cx tools to drive continuous process improvement

Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical, proactive, and confident business partners with a strong ability to influence and collaborate across functions. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
• 3+ years of financial experience
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to work in a self-directed manner
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally and provide financial leadership across the organization
• Excellent communication skills, with comfort presenting to all levels of management
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
• Experience with SAP and HFM systems
• Previous experience partnering directly with plant or operations leadership
• Exposure to capital project analysis and investment justification
