We are now seeking an experienced Warranty Manager – VRF Systems to oversee and strengthen our end-to-end VRF warranty operations.

This is a pivotal technical and commercial role, supporting installers, service partners, sales teams and customers — while driving product quality, installation standards and aftersales performance.

The role

As Warranty Manager – VRF Systems, you will manage the complete warranty lifecycle for VRF products, ensuring efficient claim validation, strong technical governance and cost control, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will play a critical role in fault classification, root cause analysis and identifying recurring trends to support continuous product and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

We are looking for a strong technical Warranty Manager with the ability to provide an excellent experience to our internal clients and our clients in the field. Therefore, you will;

• Manage the end-to-end VRF warranty claims process across compressors, PCBs, sensors, fan motors and refrigerant-related issues.

• Review and validate technical documentation to determine product defects versus installation or operational faults.

• Analyse diagnostic data and collaborate with factory teams to complete root cause analysis.

• Oversee RMAs, labour approvals and warranty cost control to ensure efficient claim resolution.

• Act as the primary escalation point for installers, dealers and service partners.

• Monitor and report on warranty trends, claim volumes, cost drivers and turnaround times.

• Improve warranty processes, SOPs and installation standards to reduce repeat failures.

• Provide training and technical guidance to internal teams and external warranty agents.

What We’re Looking For

 To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Strong technical knowledge of VRF systems

• Experience managing warranty operations or aftersales service within HVAC

• Proven ability to analyse diagnostic data and determine root cause

• Strong commercial acumen and cost-control capability

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with OEM or factory technical teams (highly regarded)

• Strong reporting and analytical capability

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
