About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing end-to-end recruiting activities to attract, assess, and hire top talent aligned with business needs. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure efficient, high-quality recruitment processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This position plays a key role in driving hiring strategies, supporting employer branding initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition practices across the organization.

This role is 100% on-site.

Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define effective hiring strategies
• Ensuring timely fulfillment of open positions aligned with business priorities
• Utilizing ATS tools (Workday preferred) to manage pipelines and track candidate progress
• Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Supporting employer branding activities such as job fairs and campus initiatives
• Providing regular updates and market insights to stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition

Requirements

We are looking for people who are organized, proactive, and results-driven, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
• Experience supporting employer branding initiatives
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret market trends
