Job Overview

We are seeking a Process Engineer to design, improve, and support manufacturing processes. This role focuses on process design, quality improvement, automation support, and problem-solving on the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes

• Analyze and improve existing processes for quality, cost, and efficiency

• Design quality detection systems, including automatic inspection solutions

• Support and manage engineering projects from concept to implementation

• Design small machines, pin jigs, fixtures, and functional testers

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues on the production floor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field

• Experience in manufacturing or process engineering is preferred (fresh graduates may be considered)
