Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product development programs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market requirements

• Lead cross-functional teams, including resource allocation and goal setting

• Drive product platform development from marketing requirements through design and full-scale production

• Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions

• Apply Carrier Excellence and Passport processes to manage interfunctional teams

• Plan, monitor, and control program timelines, budgets, and resources

• Engage with a global supplier base to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions

• Communicate program objectives, progress, and risks to senior management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or MBA/Master’s in Engineering or Business with 3+ years of experience

• Strong program and project management expertise

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Solid knowledge of product quality tools and hands-on experience applying them

• Technical understanding of transport refrigeration systems for truck/trailer applications is a strong advantage

• Full professional proficiency in English
