About the role

This role will be responsible for Project Planning, tracking, documentation, reporting, Communication etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Tracking: Assist in defining scope, goals, and deliverables; maintain project schedules, monitor milestones, and track progress.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Maintain, update, and manage all project documentation, including project charters, meeting minutes, and status reports.

• Team Coordination & Communication: Act as a central point of contact among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.

• Administrative Support: Organize meetings, workshops, and team events; process, manage, and follow up on procurement or invoices.

• Risk & Issue Management: Maintain a project risk, assumption, issue, and dependency (RAID) log.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar administrative role.

• Tools: Proficiency in project management software

• Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, time-management, and multitasking skills.

• Adherence to project deadlines.

• Accuracy of documentation.

• Effective team communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
