【ポジション概要】

業務用空調機器（空調機、チラー、コントローラ等）に搭載される
組込ソフトウェアのプラットフォーム開発を担当していただきます。
現在、当社ではインドのグループ開発拠点と連携し、ソフトウェアの

モジュール化・標準化を進める大きな変革フェーズに入っています。
海外チームが開発したモジュールを「受け取る」だけでなく、
日本側から設計・仕様を提案し、共同で最適解を創る役割です。

Role Responsibilities:

• 業務用空調（室内機、室外機、コントローラ等）の組込ソフトウェア設計
  Embedded software design for commercial air-conditioning systems (indoor units, outdoor units, controllers, etc.).

• 組込ソフトウェアのアーキテクチャ設計
  Architecture design of embedded software.

• リアルタイムOSやミドルウェア、アプリケーションの標準化設計への取り組み
  Initiatives for standardizing real-time OS, middleware, and applications.

• ＡＩツールを活用した、業務効率の改善への取り組み
  Efforts to improve operational efficiency using AI tools.

• ユニットテスト、システムテストなどテスト設計、及びテストツール設計
  Test design for unit tests and system tests, as well as test tool design.

• ソフトウェアのプラットフォーム化、モジュール化を加速するためのエンジニア、将来のリーダ候補となる人財を募集
  We are seeking engineers and future leader candidates to accelerate software platformization and modularization.

• 日本の主要設計拠点である、富士事業所での勤務
  Position is expected to be based at the Fuji Office, our primary design center in Japan.

Minimum Requirements:

• 高専、または大学の工学系卒業者（情報系、電気系）
  Graduates of technical colleges or university engineering departments (computer science, electrical engineering)

• 英語スキルも含めた、他者とのコミュニケーション能力の高い方
  Individuals with strong communication skills, including English proficiency

• プログラミング言語（C、C++、Python、Java等）の開発経験者
  Development experience in programming languages (C, C++, Python, Java, etc.

Preferred Requirements:

• AWS、Azure等のクラウドサービス活用の知識、経験
  Knowledge and experience in using cloud services such as AWS and Azure

• フィールドバス通信、ネットワーク、IoT関連の知識
  Knowledge of field-bus communication, networks, and IoT-related technologies

• 空調システム（ＨＶＡＣ＆Ｒ）に関する知識、経験
  Knowledge and experience related to HVAC&R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) systems

  Location: Fuji, Shizuoka

• 海外拠点とのコミュニケーションあり
  Communication with global teams required
