About the role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will work actively with a team of technical and business support maintenance employees in the Materials & Logistics/Warehouse area. You will support day‑to‑day activities related to receiving, storing and shipping products, conducting inventory control, coordinating shipments, and preparing reports and manuals that contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting operational activities including sales order preparation, product handling, documentation, shipment coordination, import reception, inventory organization, and any other activity related to the Operations Department.

• Working collaboratively to supervise tasks related to receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials to ensure efficient movement.

• Conducting inventory control, analysis, and classification according to material management procedures to ensure effective logistics deployment.

• Preparing correspondence, reports, and operations, maintenance, and safety manuals to support the range and depth of spares, tools, and test equipment.

• Actively supporting EH&S needs and requirements according to internal corporate policy and regional procedures.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• University Degree or equivalent experience, along with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices in Logistics/Materials.

• 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Associate.

• Fluent English.

• Understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.

• Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, pivot tables).

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Knowledge of EH&S (basic job safety).

• Basic knowledge of SAP ERP or other global ERP systems.

• Knowledge of Materials Management (MM), Production (PP) and Sales & Distribution (SD).
