About the role
This role will be responsible for Service Sales activities covering the whole process from identifying opportunities in the market, quote submission, negotiating with customers, coordinating with operations team, processing of AMC contracts, Booking SR jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Sales activities covering the whole process from identifying opportunities in the market, quote submission, negotiating with customers, coordinating with operations team, processing of AMC contracts, Booking SR jobs.
Developing service Business across Tamil Nadu region
Develop long term relationships and build partnerships with the customer
Achieve annual booking targets and gross margin targets and promote growth of service sales, while maintaining focus on cash flow management
Conduct customer needs assessments and sales proposal estimates and specifications to promote products and services
Develop account management skills and provide customers with superior value and service
Business forecasting on timely basis
EDUCATION PREFERRED:
Bachelor's degree / Master’s Degree.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
5-8 years of relevant work experience preferably in the HVAC industry
Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set:
Must be self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectives
Good inter-personnel skills
Demonstrated ability to influence customer’s key decision makers
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
Salesforce.com and SAP experience preferred
Ability to work in teams
Excellent presentation & communication skills.
