Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Integration Support Analyst to support and stabilize enterprise integrations and APIs built on the Boomi AtomSphere platform and Layer7 API Gateway

This role focuses on production support, incident resolution, monitoring, and troubleshooting for integrations supporting Digital Commerce, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, B2B/EDI, Logistics, and Distribution systems across global business units. 

This is a hands-on support role with strong technical depth.  

This role requires a hands-on support engineer who can analyze, modify, and fix integration code/configurations as needed — not just monitor jobs and raise tickets. 

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day)

  • Provide production support for Boomi integrations and APIs 

  • Own Boomi platform operational activities including Atom/Molecule upgrades, maintenance, access provisioning, and change-controlled patching aligned with SOX and security policies.  

  • Troubleshoot integration failures, API issues, and data errors

  • Analyze logs, payloads, and process execution details 

  • Monitor Boomi platform health and integration flows 

  • Handle incident tickets, root-cause analysis, and fixes 

  • Support API access, certificates, security configuration, and endpoints 

  • Coordinate with application teams, architects, and developers to resolve issues 

  • Support deployments and post-release validation 

  • Maintain support documentation and runbooks 

  • Participate in on-call / support rotation (as applicable) and flexible in working hours based on support needs 

  • Support SOX compliance activities related to integrations and APIs. 

  • Ensure adherence to access controls, change management, and segregation of duties

  • Maintain and provide evidence for SOX audits, including logs, approvals, deployment records, and runbooks. 

  • Participate in periodic access reviews, control validations, and audit walkthroughs. 

  • Ensure production fixes follow approved change and release processes

Mandatory Skills

  • 6+ years of enterprise integration support or development experience 

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere (mandatory) 

  • Experience supporting API Management platforms
    (Boomi API Management / Layer7 / Apigee / similar) 

  • Strong troubleshooting of REST and SOAP APIs and experience with Enterprise connectors like SAP, Salesforce and HTTP connectors.

  • Experience with XML, JSON, flat files, and mappings 

  • Good SQL skills for data validation and issue analysis 

  • Knowledge of API security (OAuth, certificates, authentication/authorization) 

  • Exposure to AWS or cloud-based integrations

Good to Have (Nice-to-Have)

  • AWS skills to handle Boomi and API Gateway Infrastructure 

  • Exposure to SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)

  • Experience with other iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, TIBCO, etc.) 

  • Understanding of EDI / X12 and Trading Partner configurations

  • Exposure to Snowflake or cloud data warehouse platforms

  • CI/CD deployment or release support experience 

  • Basic scripting (JavaScript / Python) for troubleshooting 

Soft Skills / Work Environment

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills 

  • Ability to handle production issues calmly and methodically and present status updates and RCAs to relevant stakeholders and leadership teams 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
