Role Description:

The BMS Operation Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, operation, and performance optimization of the Building Management System. The role ensures efficient functioning of building systems, energy management, and quick response to alarms or system faults.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) in real-time.
• Analyze system alerts, alarms, and trends to identify issues or inefficiencies.
• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, lighting, and fire systems.
• Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance coordination.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Investigate faults and coordinate with maintenance teams for resolution.
• Optimize energy consumption and improve system efficiency.
• Maintain accurate logs of system activities and incidents.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and data analytics to derive operational insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards, advanced formulas).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in a Hybrid model with rotational week off and night shifts.

Basic Qualifications & Experience:

• Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience
• Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
• University Degree – B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• A minimum of 1 year prior relevant experience
• Working hours’ flexibility to meet customer requirements
• Should possess a good behavioral attitude
