About the role

The role supports the development of high-quality, customer-focused design solutions. This position plays a key role in delivering accurate and timely engineering designs that meet customer specifications, directly contributing to operational excellence through On-Time Delivery (OTD) and First Pass Yield (FPY). This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to build technical expertise while making a tangible impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed design drawings and technical documentation based on customer requirements and engineering standards
• ETO support
• Ensuring designs are completed on time, aligned with project schedules and delivery commitments
• Creating special/custom designs with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and manufacturability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain) to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals
• Reviewing and validating designs to minimize errors and support high First Pass Yield (FPY)
• Contributing to On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets through efficient execution and prioritization
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance design processes and productivity
• Maintaining proper documentation in compliance with company standards and customer specifications

Requirements

We are looking for people who are detail-oriented, proactive, accountable, and eager to learn. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., Creo Parametric, AutoCAD)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience in HVAC systems
• Basic programming knowledge
• Understanding of electrical schematics
