About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AccountantSpecialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will execute and analyze key accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. You will play an important role in supporting business operations through month-end close activities, payroll-related accounting processes, reconciliations, and audit support while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accountant Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and analyzing accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Executing month-end close activities and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

• Performing accounting processes related to payroll and supporting accurate financial reporting.

• Preparing and reviewing general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and balance sheet analyses.

• Supporting monthly and quarterly close and consolidation processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Developing and documenting accounting policies, procedures, and internal control processes.

• Supporting internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and ensuring compliance.

• Leading and participating in small-scale projects focused on process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, or related finance functions.

• Experience with account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis.

• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.

• Intermediate to Advanced English communication skills.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience using Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).

• Experience supporting audit processes and financial consolidations.

• Experience leading small projects or continuous improvement initiatives.
