About the role

As Buyer you will:

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities, ensuring materials are ordered and delivered on time
• Create and follow up Purchase Orders with Vendors
• Maintain regular communication with Vendors regarding deliveries, order confirmations, delays, and operational issues
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial conditions with Vendors for day-to-day purchasing activities
• Request and compare quotations from Vendors for new and existing components
• Monitor pricing evolution and identify opportunities for cost reduction and purchasing optimization
• Support Vendor relationship management and escalate critical issues when needed
• Collaborate closely with Planning and Warehouse Teams to support material availability and minimize shortages
• Support Quality Team on non-conformities, claims, and Vendor documentation follow-up
• Monitor and update ERP data, including pricing, lead times, Vendor information, and purchasing conditions
• Track Procurement KPIs and support reporting activities
• Support inventory management by monitoring lead times, stock levels, MOQs, and purchasing parameters
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Procurement and Supply Chain processes

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related operational roles (1–3 years preferred)
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP, or similar is a plus)
• Good analytical and Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of purchasing and inventory management processes
• Ability to manage Vendor communication, quotations, and operational negotiations
• Commercial mindset with attention to cost optimization and purchasing efficiency
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and organization
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory
