About the role

Experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional. Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans. Responsible for developing analysis and projections and conducting small projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of Actuals, forecasts and financial plans/ Reports.

• Track the expenses for the cost centers, provide commentary on the variance each month.

• Work on Variance analysis (Actual vs Forecast)

• Work on Monthly financial Reporting and Performance Analysis.

• Work on monthly usage files and create financial reports based on the results.

• Work on TSA activities, disputes, and connect with the management on the results each month.

• Assist in ad-hoc financial reports.

• Maintain and update Excel Models, templates and reports.

• Support cost-optimization and efficiency initiatives.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and support business objectives.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in FP&A, forecasting and financial analysis.

• Exposure to real business decision making.

• Understanding end-to-end financial processes and controls.

• Opportunities to work on strategic initiates and transformation projects.

• Mentorship from experienced finance professionals.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting / business administration / mathematics / or economics, with 3+ years experience in the financial field;
  OR High School Diploma / GED / Associate Degree, with 10+ years experience in the financial field.

• 3+ years experience with ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, or any other similar ERP platform.

• 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office Tools, with a proficiency level with Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), as well as PowerPoint.
