Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, with knowledge of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing activities.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with various HVAC equipment and systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedules and company procedures.
• Service and maintain chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, package units, and HVAC control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding service work and technical findings.
• Follow safety regulations and ensure safe working practices at all times.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum High School (12th Grade) completion.
• 5–10 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting, preferably in commercial and industrial applications.
• Good knowledge of:
  • Water-cooled and air-cooled chillers
  • Air Handling Units (AHUs)
  • Fan Coil Units (FCUs)
  • VRF/VRV systems
  • Package units
  • HVAC control systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to prepare service reports and communicate effectively with customers.
• Must possess a valid Kuwait Driving License.
