About the role

This position is for a staff Production and Technical Service technician who is under moderate supervision. Responsible for troubleshooting technical problems and issues,determiningtechnical solutionsin accordance withproduct and customer specifications, and recommending actions to customers, customer service representatives, salesrepresentativesor field staff for coordinated product solution.Assistsin orienting, training, and assigning work of technical/businesssupportemployees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of smallgroup ofengineershandling remote commissioning projects.

  • Ensure achievement of defined SLAs, KPIs, and daily deliverables.

  • Track SLA performance,identifybreaches, and implement corrective/preventive action plans.

  • Delegate tasks, set project deadlines, and monitor progress.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.

  • Ensure adequate headcount planning and leave tracking for operational continuity.

  • Foster a professional, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.

  • Utilize AI-driven tools and data analytics to derive operational insights.

  • Prepareaccurateandtimelyreports and performance metrics.

  • Perform detailed escalation and trend analysis.

  • Drive process optimization initiatives and standardize best practices.

Basic Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience.

  • HavinggoodunderstandingofBMS and commissioning experience.

  • Familiarity withwebcontrol,Niagra, etc.

  • Team handling experience isrequired.

  • Experienced in guiding team andconductregular technical and process training sessions for team development.

  • Must be a self-starter andpossessthe ability to organize and plan your work schedule.

  • B.E in relateddiscipline,preferably Electronics/Instrumentation &control/Electrical/Mechatronics etc.

  • Solid communication skills (ability to follow/direct written and verbal instruction)

  • Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards, advanced formulas).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

  • Willingto work in a Hybrid model with rotational week off and night shifts.
