Role Purpose:

Assist Production Manager in achieving Production target, Production quality, Operational cost effectiveness and productivity.

Role Responsibilities:

Continuously develop productivity improvement and lower labor input while maintaining labor effectiveness.
Monitor and master-listing the calibration of the measure/testing equipment/tools in Production.
Suggest corrective measures & improve quality defects related to workmanship issue.
Develop good work practice in employees and processes to achieve product quality without sacrificing output eg. Meeting daily target & Weekly production plan.
Conduct classroom training on specific jobs application to shop floor workers.
Lead Production department in achieving Cx, ISO & EH&S requirements.
Monitor & control the Fixed Assets list in Production department.
Monitor Production SOE in term of indirect material ordering & replenishment.
Refer to ANNEX attached for EH&S responsibilities.
To lead/participate in company's activities such as Cx, EH&S, Kaizen Events etc.
To perform tasks, deem suitable and assigned by superiors.
To plan & approve leaves for bargainable workers under his care.

Minimum Requirements:

As a minimum you must have:

Technical Education background
1-3 years of experience in production
