About the role

The Senior SIOP Supply Planning Manager is responsible for leading supply planning and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes across multiple manufacturing sites. This role drives alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and production capacity while leading a team of planners to ensure operational excellence, business continuity, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, optimize planning strategies, and support the company's operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior SIOP Supply Planning Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Lead supply planning and SIOP processes across multiple manufacturing facilities to balance demand, supply, inventory, and production capacity.

• Manage and develop a team of Materials and Supply Planners while fostering collaboration across Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, and Product Management.

• Identify supply chain risks and opportunities, driving mitigation plans to ensure manufacturing continuity and on-time delivery.

• Develop and implement standardized planning processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory and operational performance.

• Partner with manufacturing leaders to execute build plans, capacity planning, and production scheduling while supporting business growth and transformation initiatives.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in Materials Planning, Supply Planning, SIOP, or Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience leading planning teams and collaborating across multiple manufacturing sites.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).

• Strong experience with Supply Planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience supporting regional or global manufacturing operations.

• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or other advanced planning tools.

• Experience leading process transformation or continuous improvement initiatives within Supply Chain.
