About the role
The NPI Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supporting Supply Chain activities related to New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. This role ensures that sourcing activities, supplier coordination, and engineering changes are implemented on time and aligned with cost and production readiness objectives. The position plays a key role in coordinating internal teams and suppliers to ensure successful product launches and readiness for production ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities:
As a NPI Sourcing Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
Implementing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) on time while ensuring effective communication between internal departments and suppliers through the CAT system.
Managing the purchasing and follow-up of samples required for NPI projects, including pre-MCS and MCS stages.
Ensuring proper parametrization of new NPI part numbers for accurate costing and forecasting in internal systems.
Coordinating operational requirements with suppliers to support Start of Production (SOP) readiness.
Supporting sourcing activities including supplier analysis, price proposal evaluation, and participation in procurement negotiations to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
Requirements
We are looking for people who are analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating cross-functional projects in a dynamic manufacturing environment. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related functions.
Conversational English level.
Project administration skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
Knowledge of supplier sourcing, contract management, and cost analysis processes.
