Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end product development programs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market requirements
Lead cross-functional teams, including resource allocation and goal setting
Drive product platform development from marketing requirements through design and full-scale production
Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Apply Carrier Excellence and Passport processes to manage interfunctional teams
Plan, monitor, and control program timelines, budgets, and resources
Engage with a global supplier base to deliver reliable and cost-effective solutions
Communicate program objectives, progress, and risks to senior management
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or MBA/Master’s in Engineering or Business with 3+ years of experience
Strong program and project management expertise
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Solid knowledge of product quality tools and hands-on experience applying them
Technical understanding of transport refrigeration systems for truck/trailer applications is a strong advantage
Full professional proficiency in English
