Role Purpose:

• Design business‑aligned data models enabling data products

• Translate business processes into reusable, governed data structures

• Ensure data is consistent, discoverable, and AI/analytics‑ready

Role Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models

• Develop ER diagrams defining entities, relationships, keys, and constraints

• Translate business requirements into scalable data models

• Enable Data‑as‑a‑Product through canonical and conformed models

• Define and manage business and technical metadata

• Maintain data definitions, glossaries, and lineage artifacts

• Ensure alignment between data models and physical implementations

• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, analytics, and governance teams

• Enforce modeling standards and naming conventions

Minimum Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in data modeling or data architecture

• Strong business process knowledge (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance etc.)

• Expertise in ER modeling and relational/analytical design

• Experience with data product and domain‑driven modeling concepts

• Hands‑on experience with metadata management and data catalogs

• Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
