The Regional Parts Support Specialist is responsible for providing operational, logistical, and analytical support for forwardstocked inventory across branches within the assigned region. This role ensures inventory accuracy, oversees regional inventory movement, and supports the execution of the regional warehouse strategy. The Sr. Manager partners closely with branch teams, operations, supply chain, and digital stakeholders to uphold consistent processes and drive continuous improvement in parts availability and performance. This role is responsible for developing the standards for forward‑stocked inventory and designing and implementing the daily processes and organizational structure needed to execute them effectively.‑stocked inventory across branches within the assigned region. While our main office and preferred work location is Charlotte, NC the selected candidate may also be eligible to work from our Palm Beach Gardens, FL location or remotely.
Scope of Responsibilities -
Branch & On-site Support‑Site Support

Regional Inventory Management
- Manage inventory movements within the region, including transfers, replenishment flows, and optimization of stock levels.
- Maintain alignment with warehouse management processes, including physical inventory handling, cycle counts, receiving, scanning, and stock transport orders.
Regional Warehouse Strategy Execution
- Support the buildout and implementation of the regional warehousing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader CHVAC parts transformation initiatives.‑out and implementation of the regional warehousing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader CHVAC parts transformation initiatives.
- Partner with warehouse, operations, and digital teams to deploy standardized processes and systems across locations.
Key Deliverables
Inventory Accuracy
- Ensure inventory is systematically and physically accurate across all regional stocking points.
- Support cycle count programs, discrepancy resolution, and root cause analysis.

CCS Parts Reporting
- Maintain reporting for CCS parts, ensuring timely, accurate insights into inventory levels, accuracy, adjustments, and regional trends.
KPI Monitoring & Performance Management
- Monitor and improve key KPIs including:
- Inventory accuracy
- Time to resolve discrepancies
- Branch operational adherence
- Surface trends, risks, and required corrective actions to regional operations leadership.
Regional Parts Forecasting Support
- Partner with operations, finance, and SIOP teams to drive branch and regionlevel inputs for the Parts Forecast.‑ and region‑level inputs for the Parts Forecast.
- Provide insights on usage, demand shifts, stocking levels, and field feedback to inform accurate demand planning.
Required Qualifications -
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years of experience in parts operations, branch/warehouse management, inventory control, or regional operations support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
- Experience working within HVAC, aftermarket parts, industrial services, or multi‑branch service organizations.
- Prior leadership experience implementing forward‑stocking models, regional stocking strategies, or multi‑tier distribution networks.
- Familiarity with SIOP/S&OP processes, including contributing to regional or branch‑level parts forecasting.
- Proficiency with ERP, WMS, or inventory systems such as SAP, along with scanning technologies or digital warehouse tools.
- Experience supporting digital enablement or standardization initiatives across multiple markets. Certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent operational excellence credentials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide on‑site support and train branch personnel.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory movement processes, including cycle counts, receiving, scanning, replenishment flows, and stock transport orders (STOs).
- Demonstrated experience supporting multi‑site operational environments, including field branches, service teams, and warehouse operations.
- Proven ability to ensure inventory accuracy, conduct discrepancy resolution, and lead root‑cause analysis.
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring KPIs, trend identification, and driving corrective actions.
- Ability to partner across operations, supply chain, warehouse teams, and digital groups to deploy standardized processes and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple regional priorities, travel to branches as needed, and operate independently.

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is $146,750–$205,250. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
