Warehouse Manager

Role Purpose

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing factory warehouse operations with a strong focus on operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, safety management, and effective coordination with 3PL partners in a limited‑space environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end factory warehouse operations, including raw material storage and outbound shipment coordination.

• Lead and manage warehouse teams, including 3PL service providers.

• Improve warehouse efficiency, space utilization, and processes through structured improvement plans.

• Ensure high inventory accuracy and system discipline using SAP.

• Drive safety management and compliance with EHS and company standards.

• Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams.

• Communicate effectively in English with local and regional stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of proven experience in factory warehouse management, including raw material handling and shipping coordination.

• Strong capability in managing large teams and supervising 3PL operations.

• Hands‑on experience with SAP to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity.

• Good English communication skills; ability to support meetings with regional management is a plus.

• Experience working in home appliances manufacturing or similar industries preferred.

• Background in both factory warehouse and 3PL warehouse environments is an advantage.

• Able to operate independently and adapt quickly
