Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MES Analyst with hands-on expertise in MES implementation and Post Launch Support in discrete manufacturing environments. The role involves MES deliverables under a Build & Run model, acting as a key interface between Business, Product, Digital, and OT teams, and providing flexible support for global manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for CMES incidents raised by factories.
• Log, prioritize, track, and resolve issues through established ticketing processes.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis before escalating complex issues.
• Coordinate with development and cross functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Communicate incident status, recovery progress, and resolution timelines to stakeholders.
• Support critical production operations through on-call support and rapid response.
• Monitor CMES performance, availability, and system stability to minimize production disruptions.
• Identify recurring problems, assess risks, and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and maintain user guides, troubleshooting playbooks, FAQs, and knowledge repositories.
• Manage document version control, release notes, and change logs to ensure information accuracy.
• Provide user assistance, onboarding, and training while promoting standard processes and best practices.
• Support User Access Reviews (UAR) and Privileged Access Reviews (PAR) to ensure proper access governance and compliance.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and provide evidence for internal and external audits.
• Leverage AI tools to proactively monitor systems, accelerate incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Utilize AI-driven automation and knowledge management to streamline repetitive support activities, improve service quality, and enhance user experience.
• Support Senior Analyst and Delivery Lead as needed on the Project Implementation (Configuration, deployment and Production Trails).

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in MES application management within manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes (Work Orders, BOMs, Routing, Traceability).
• Experience with MES modules (Production, Quality, Maintenance, OEE, Downtime, Track & Trace).
• Exposure to Agile Tools (Preferably Jira, Rally etc)
• Experience working in a Build & Run operating model with relevance in Incident management tool (ServiceNow).
• Familiar with key ITIL processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, and Knowledge Management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in different time zones to support global plants across multiple regions.

Good to Have

• Hands-on experience with Ignition platform is an added advantage.
• AI tools in the Incident management and application monitoring.
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, MQTT.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0 / Digital Factory initiatives.
• Experience in multi-site global MES application management.
