Carrier Digital Hub India is looking for a passionate candidate to join our Digital ERP CoE team. As part of Carrier's digital transformation, this role is the Specialist for The SAP LE Consultant is responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing Logistics Execution processes in SAP to ensure efficient outbound and inbound logistics operations, aligned with business requirements and global process standards.
Role Responsibilities:
Logistics Execution Configuration & Support
Configure and support SAP LE processes including inbound/outbound deliveries, shipping, picking, packing, goods issue, and transportation execution.
Integration with SD, MM & Warehouse Processes
Ensure seamless integration of LE with SAP SD, MM, and warehouse processes (IM / WM / EWM touchpoints), supporting end-to-end logistics flows.
Business Requirement Analysis
Gather and analyze logistics requirements from business and plant users, participate in fit-to-standard workshops, and translate requirements into functional SAP solutions.
Testing, Deployment & Hypercare
Prepare test scenarios, execute unit and integration testing, support UAT, assist cutover activities, and provide post-go-live hypercare support.
Operational Support & Issue Resolution
Resolve LE-related incidents and change requests, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure stable logistics operations within defined SLAs.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and configuration records, while identifying opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and system usability.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in information technology with hands-on responsibilities in SAP Logistics Execution (LE) within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
Minimum 4+ years of proven, hands-on experience in SAP LE project delivery or production support, including inbound/outbound deliveries, shipping, picking, packing, goods issue, and logistics integration.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA LE, with integration across SD, MM, and warehouse processes (IM/WM/EWM touchpoints), complemented by strong results orientation and effective interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills. Open and able to work in culturally diverse environment
Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in consultancy.
