Role Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer equipment and systems.
Coordinate field service activities to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Support teams to resolve technical issues.
Monitor service performance and labor productivity to drive operational efficiency.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.

Support customer requirements with timely and effective solutions.
Improve service quality, productivity, and operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant field service or technical support experience.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of company systems and service-related applications.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Good command of English communication.
