Data Center Sales Engineer

About the Role

Carrier is seeking a Data Center Sales Engineer to drive business growth and expand our presence in Thailand's rapidly growing data center market. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting Carrier's cooling solutions for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and edge data center projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the data center market.

• Build strong relationships with data center owners, developers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.

• Promote Carrier's cooling solutions and support customers in achieving energy efficiency and sustainability goals.

• Track projects from early planning, design, and specification stages through tender and award.

• Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline to support business growth.

• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments.

• Collaborate with internal sales, application, and project teams to develop customer-focused solutions.

• Support technical presentations, solution discussions, and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-7 years of experience in sales, business development, sales engineering, application engineering, or project sales within HVAC, cooling, MEP, data center, or related industries.

• Knowledge of data center infrastructure, cooling systems, HVAC solutions, or critical facilities is preferred.

• Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.

• Proven ability to develop opportunities and manage project pipelines.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Good command of English and Thai.
