We are seeking a highly analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented professional to lead Carrier’s consumer incentive portfolio, including rebate programs and key consumer financing programs. In this role, you will manage end-to-end program design and execution, partner with Wells Fargo and distributor stakeholders, and deliver insights that drive dealer participation, profitable growth, and program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the execution of core rebate programs
- Manage consumer financing programs, including plan structures, buy-down logic, eligibility rules, and program setup
- Ensure all promotional materials, dealer guidelines, timelines, and claiming requirements are accurate and up to date
- Build and maintain complex financial and program performance models to assess ROI, participation, tier mix shifts, and cost impact
- Analyze dealer movement, claiming trends, BI datasets, banking data, and sales/margin performance
- Partner with banking partner to support onboarding, monitor program usage, and drive financing adoption
- Support issue resolution including claiming discrepancies and dealer questions
- Identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and streamline processes and recommend changes to incentive structures, financing plans, and eligibility criteria
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in program management, incentives, pricing, or consumer financing
- 3+ years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Education and/or experience in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics
- Experience with Power BI or similar data tools
- Advanced analytical capabilities and comfort with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills
- HVAC or dealer incentive experience
- Familiarity with consumer financing credit programs
- Experience with BIW or claims platform management
Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.Benefits
