About the Role

We are seeking a Simulation Engineer to support product development through simulation, testing, and engineering analysis. This role is responsible for performing CFD and FEA simulations, validating product performance through testing, and collaborating with global teams to deliver innovative and cost-effective HVAC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CFD and FEA simulations to evaluate product and system performance.
• Utilize company simulation tools to support product development and design optimization.
• Conduct air conditioner testing and analyze results to verify performance and reliability.
• Develop engineering recommendations based on simulation and test findings.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, product improvement, and innovation.
• Prepare technical reports and present simulation or test results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to support development projects and achieve project objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product performance and engineering processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CFD or FEA simulation.
• Experience working with air conditioning or HVAC products.
• Proficient in simulation and 3D engineering software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with product development and validation processes.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid flow, and structural analysis.
• Experience in HVAC, cooling systems, or appliance manufacturing.
• Familiarity with laboratory testing and performance evaluation.
• Experience working in a global or cross-functional engineering environment.
