About the role
As a Manager, Commodity Management & Sourcing, you will lead strategic sourcing and category management initiatives for assigned procurement categories, driving value through cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supply continuity. This role directly impacts business performance by aligning procurement strategies with operational, financial, and engineering priorities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
As a Manager, Commodity Management & Sourcing, you’ll be responsible for:

Driving the execution of regional category strategies aligned with business objectives
Leading the Category Operating Team and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
Owning Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), including YoY productivity, DPO/WAPT optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
Managing and improving spend under contract for assigned categories
Strengthening supply base resiliency through risk assessments and multi-source strategies
Mitigating supply and geopolitical risks to ensure continuity
Driving proactive raw material cost management initiatives


Requirements

We are looking for strategic, results-driven leaders with strong analytical and negotiation skills. If this is you, we encourage you to apply.

  • As a minimum, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance

  • 7+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and/or Procurement

  • Experience in a global or complex matrix organization

  • Strong data analysis and business case development skills

  • Proven negotiation track record delivering measurable value

  • Advanced English proficiency

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Experience managing global or regional commodity strategies

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Experience driving cost savings initiatives in manufacturing or industrial environments
