About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, global initiatives within a dynamic international environment. The successful candidate will bring a structured, results-driven approach grounded in recognized project management methodologies. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from business case development to benefits realization. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate across diverse teams and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, structure, and initiate projects, including development of business cases, project charters, and governance frameworks
- Establish and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across global teams
- Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery
- Ensure effective risk, issue, and change management processes are in place and actively maintained
- Coordinate cross-functional and international stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the project
- Oversee project governance, reporting, and decision-making processes, providing regular updates to senior management
- Drive project execution through to go-live, ensuring quality standards and business expectations are met
- Support transition to operations and ensure effective benefits realization and post-implementation review
- Promote best practices in project management, leveraging frameworks such as PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM or others where applicable
- Supports a culture of continuous learnings ensuring After Action Reviews
- Available for periodic coaching to junior colleagues
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex, global projects in a large international organization
- Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end, from initiation through to benefits realization
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM or similar (certification preferred)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across multiple regions and cultural contexts
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience with project governance, budgeting, and resource planning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple priorities
- Continuous improvement minded to optimize efficiency and quality (certification preferred)
