Senior Engineer, Plan & Spec

Minimum Requirement:

• • Degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Fresh graduates may apply.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Role Purpose:

• • Provide equipment selection, system design, heat load estimation and technical support to consultants and key accounts.
  • Plan & Spec to identify customer’s needs and enhance the company’s chances of securing orders via technical understanding.
  • Learn and understand the latest code & standard for air-conditioning, provide updates to owners & consultants
  • Provide input for the marketing of new product development plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records.
  • Provide excellent service to clients at all levels.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking events and attend company meetings.
  • To involve and grow relationships with Owners, Developers and Engineers to secure specification on major commercial projects across Singapore.
  • To organise on Trainings for internal and external customers.
  • Liaising with Authorities and regulatory bodies (NEA, SGBC etc) for updates and submissions and maintain records.
