About the role

The Supply Chain NPI will support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects by coordinating material readiness, engineering changes, purchase orders, and prototype activities. Working closely with Engineering, Sourcing, Planning, Manufacturing, and Suppliers, this role plays a key part in ensuring successful product launches while minimizing material risks, delays, and additional costs.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain NPI , you'll be responsible for:

  • Support Supply Chain activities related to Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) for Commercial NPI projects.

  • Coordinate prototype material requirements, sample tracking, and Purchase Order (PO) creation to support project execution.

  • Monitor supplier commitments and material availability to ensure successful product launches.

  • Prepare cost reports for New Product (NP) projects and maintain accurate project documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Suppliers to proactively identify and resolve supply chain risks.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are organized, analytical, proactive, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Advanced English communication skills.

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Purchasing, or New Product Introduction (NPI).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Knowledge of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.

  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, BAAN, or JD Edwards.

  • Experience working directly with suppliers, prototype builds, and material planning.

Benefits

We offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well-being programs. Offerings vary by role and location and are designed to support employees’ health, security, and success.

If you require a reasonable accommodation to complete the application process, participate in an interview, or otherwise engage in the hiring process, please contact us at [email protected]. We will make every effort to meet your needs in accordance with applicable laws.
