Key Responsibilities

Leading supplier development and recovery initiatives for critical and at-risk suppliers to stabilize performance and improve operational capability.
Validating supplier production capacity, resource allocation, tooling, staffing, and manufacturing processes to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
Driving root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing structured recovery and improvement plans to resolve supplier performance issues.
Overseeing operational improvement initiatives at supplier sites, including capacity expansion, throughput optimization, cycle-time reduction, and operational excellence practices such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Ensuring supplier readiness for business growth by supporting new product introductions (NPI), technology transitions, production ramp-ups, and SIOP-driven demand cycles while collaborating with sourcing, engineering, and supply chain teams.
Requirements
We are looking for people who are analytical, collaborative, hands-on, and capable of driving operational improvements across complex supplier networks. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
8+ years of experience in Supplier Development, Manufacturing, Operations, Supplier Quality, or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
Strong experience conducting supplier capacity audits, operational readiness assessments, and hands-on process improvement initiatives.
Proven ability to lead supplier recovery and transformation initiatives to stabilize operational performance.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sourcing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies.
