About the role
As a Sr. Delivery Assurance Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring delivery performance and material readiness across the supply chain through advanced analytics and KPI governance. You will lead the development and optimization of key performance indicators, providing actionable insights that drive proactive decision-making, mitigate risks, and enable operational excellence. Your work will directly impact on-time delivery, supplier performance, and end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Delivery Assurance Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
Leading the design, development, and governance of Supply Chain KPIs and performance dashboards to support delivery assurance and operational decision-making
Analyzing complex datasets related to supplier performance, inventory, production, and logistics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Defining, tracking, and optimizing key performance indicators such as:
On-time Delivery (OTD)
Supplier performance
Inventory health and turnover
Shortages, backlog, and risk exposure
Lead time variability
Providing root cause analysis on delivery issues and supply disruptions to enable proactive risk mitigation strategies
Partnering with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality) to translate data insights into actionable business decisions
Driving continuous improvement initiatives through data insights, performance monitoring, and process optimization
Developing and enhancing reporting tools and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, ERP systems) to provide real-time visibility to stakeholders
Acting as a subject matter expert in supply chain analytics and KPI governance, influencing decision-making across multiple levels of the organization
Requirements
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven professional with strong experience in supply chain analytics and delivery assurance.
As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, delivery assurance, or data-driven roles
OR advanced degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience
Strong expertise in KPI definition, tracking, and performance management within supply chain environments
Experience analyzing key supply chain metrics such as OTD, inventory, supplier performance, and lead times
Advanced data analytics skills (Excel avanzado, Power BI, Tableau or similar)
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence decisions through data
