About the role

As a Product Engineer,Yousupport the development, validation, launch, and continuous improvement of HVAC products throughout their entire lifecycle. You collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations, to ensure successful product delivery and performance. You provide technical support for New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, engineering changes, product validation, and manufacturing readiness, helping to drive efficient and effective product implementation. Additionally, you build the technicalexpertiseand leadership skills necessary to support your future growth and progression into a Product Engineer role.

Key Responsibilities

As aProduct Engineer,you'llbe responsible for:

New Product Introduction (NPI) Support

• Support execution of NPI projects from development through production launch.

• Participate in prototype builds, pilot runs, and launch readiness activities.

• Coordinate assigned deliverables with cross-functional teams.

• Support risk identification and mitigation activities during product launches.

Engineering Change Management

• Support implementation and tracking of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).

• Evaluate impactstoBills of Material (BOM), processes, tooling, and documentation.

• Ensure engineering records and product documentation remain current andaccurate.

• Coordinate implementation activities with manufacturing and support teams.

Product Engineering Support

• Analyze technical problems using structured problem-solving methodologies.

• Support root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.

• Assistin improving product performance and reliability.

• Assistinexecutionof engineering validation plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, ora relatedtechnical field.

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in: Product Engineering New Product Introduction (NPI) Sustaining Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Quality Engineering Technical Operations Support

Technical Knowledge

• Basic understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Knowledge of Engineering Change Management processes.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• Basicproficiencywith CAD software (Creo, SolidWorks, or equivalent).

• Knowledge of quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies.

Language

• Intermediate to advanced Englishproficiency(written and verbal).

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through aUniversitydegree

• Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization

• University Degree or equivalent

• Less than 3 years prior relevant experience
