About the role
As a FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities that drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. By providing accurate and timely financial insights, you will help improve factory productivity, support cost efficiency initiatives, and ensure financial visibility for leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
As a FP&A Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
• Developing the annual Factory Business Plan and uploading it into HFM
• Preparing and submitting monthly financial forecasts in HFM
• Providing timely financial reporting including Flash, Weekly, OT, and Headcount reports
• Analyzing financial statements and monitoring factory productivity
• Tracking and following up on Productivity Improvement Projects (PIP)
• Preparing factory reports and supporting presentations for communication meetings

Requirements
We are looking for people who are analytical, detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross‑functionally. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and/or administrative roles
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial statements
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments
• Great communication skills in English (advanced)

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
• Experience with financial systems such as HFM, SAP, and BPCS
• Experience supporting manufacturing or factory finance operations
• Exposure to productivity or cost improvement initiatives
