About the role

As an Analyst, Sourcing Projects Management, you will play a key role in driving engineering and sourcing-related initiatives across Supply Chain activities. This position partners closely with Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, and Commercial Plants to successfully implement ECNs, ETOs, and Schedule B projects, including cost-saving and supplier implementation initiatives. Your work will directly impact supply chain efficiency, product readiness, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst, Sourcing Projects Management, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and supporting Engineering Change Notice (ECN) implementation activities within the Supply Chain.

  • Supporting Engineer-to-Order (ETO) RFQ and implementation processes.

  • Participating in and supporting Schedule B implementation, including savings and cost-reduction projects.

  • Managing and executing sourcing and supply chain projects using CAT project implementation methodology.

  • Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

  • Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering change implementation activities.

  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure proper change implementation, including part qualification and validation.

  • Ensuring compliance with Quality requirements, including PPAP documentation and testing.

  • Interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation to understand materials, components, and sourcing requirements.

  • Providing project status updates and reporting to leadership and commercial plants.

Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical, collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Engineering, or related roles.

  • Experience in Engineering Change implementation and NPI.

  • Working knowledge of SAP, ARIBA, and Windchill.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical plans.

  • Experience with Quality tools, including PPAP and supplier qualification processes.

  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

  • Valid visa (no travel required).

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Background in Sourcing, Buying, Supplier Quality, Project Engineering, or Procurement.

  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of PMO methodologies, Power BI, Quality systems, PPAP, or Lean / Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt).

  • Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
