【ポジション概要】

海外調達を中心に、グローバルサプライチェーン全体の最適化をリードいただくポジションです。物流ネットワーク・フォワーダー戦略・倉庫運用・KPI設計など、ロジスティクス基盤をゼロから構築できる高い裁量とやりがいがあります。

【主な業務内容】

• 海外調達に関わる輸入オペレーションの統括
• フォワーダーの選定・評価の最適化
• 倉庫戦略、工場間輸送、物流ネットワーク改善
• 商社依存からの脱却に向けた内部プロセスの構築
• コスト削減施策の立案と物流 KPI／生産性向上の推進
• 海外拠点（アジア・米国）へのレポート・連携

【勤務地】

大崎本社、または富士

※大崎の場合、週2回富士工場へ通勤必須

※※リモートワーク制度有だが、毎日出勤が望ましい

【必須条件】

• 国際物流またはサプライチェーン業務の経験3年以上
• 英語でのメール対応および海外とのコミュニケーションが可能な方

【歓迎条件】

• フォワーダー管理の経験
• 物流ネットワーク・倉庫運用の改善経験
• コスト改善プロジェクトのリード経験

Role Responsibilities:

• To establish logistics of direct buy process

• Optimize supply chain and distribution efficiency

• Monitor logistics costs and operational performance

• To able to meet KPIs from management team for logistics

• Work with suppliers and project team

Requirements:

• 2-3 years logistics or supply chain experience

• experience managing transportation and warehouse team

• strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• English is required for communication with Asia/WHQ management team
