Design Engineer (VRF Systems)

About the Role

We are looking for a Design Engineer (VRF Systems) to support the development of air conditioning products, focusing on functional design, system performance, and product quality.

This role is ideal for early-career engineers who are interested in HVAC system design, cost optimization, and product development, with opportunities to grow in both technical and project capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) air conditioning systems

• Assist in functional design and system performance optimization

• Conduct cost analysis and support cost reduction initiatives

• Support product testing, quality control, and reliability improvement

• Work according to development plans and project timelines

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product quality and safety standards

• Provide support and consultation on product design and development topics

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

• 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)

• Basic understanding of air conditioning systems or HVAC principles is an advantage

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a team and follow project plans

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Good command of English
