About the role
Serve as an employee and customer advocate who specializes in creating a culture focused on exceptional customer service.
Educate employees on HR services and encourageuseof self-service tools.
Be a subject matter expert for all relevant services,processesand policies
Work collaboratively with all areas to ensure targets are met and/orexceededand company initiatives are supported.
Key Responsibilities
As a SR HR ADVISOR,you'llbe responsible for:
Provide a consistent,timely,accurateand customer-focused HR administration service to key stakeholders and customers, contributing to the HR Ops overall vision and strategy.
Support the processing of organizational HR informationutilizingvarious HR systems.
Validate and audit data to ensure data integrity.
Utilize multiple online systems to research, analyze, troubleshoot issues, completerequestsand help resolve employee,managerand HR needs
Special Projects and any other duties assigned.
Requirements

As a minimum you must have:
At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations
Excelproficiency
Strong data analytics and attention to detail.
