About the role

As an Associate, Business Partnership & Delivery for TOW Projects, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital and technology initiatives that enable manufacturing operations to run smarter, faster, and more reliably. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project leaders to help deliver solutions that improve shop floor visibility, operational efficiency, system adoption, and manufacturing performance across Carrier's plants and functions.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate, Business Partnership & Delivery, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting end to end delivery of TOW projects for manufacturing, including planning, tracking, execution, testing, deployment, and post go live support
  • Coordinating with manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, Digital, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and external vendors to align priorities, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Maintaining project plans, milestone trackers, action logs, risk and issue registers, status reports, and meeting notes to ensure clear visibility of progress and blockers
  • Facilitating project routines such as status meetings, working sessions, follow ups, readiness reviews, and escalation checkpoints
  • Assisting with business requirements gathering, process documentation, user acceptance testing coordination, training preparation, and adoption activities for manufacturing users
  • Monitoring project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and timeline impacts, escalating issues in a timely and structured manner
  • Promoting disciplined delivery practices using project management, Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement principles

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, delivery support, or a related role, ideally in a manufacturing environment
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
  • Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office, including project tracking tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for working across cross functional teams

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

  • Exposure to Agile or Lean methodologies
  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems or shop floor digital tools
  • Project management certification in progress or completed (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
